What does “flat rate” mean?
Flat rate means you pay one fixed shipping cost for your entire order, not per item. Whether you buy one tee or five, your shipping charge stays the same. So go ahead, fill that cart!
Estimated Delivery Times
We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All our t-shirts are made to order, which means we don’t print them until you click “Buy.” Once printed and packed, your package is on its way.
Here’s when you can expect your order to arrive:
- United States: 4–8 business days
- Canada: 10–30 business days
- Australia: 10–30 business days
- International (Rest of the World): 10–30 business days
Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Shipping time starts once your order has been processed and shipped, not at the time of purchase.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually printed and packed within 0 to 1 business days after you place your order.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.
Why does it take a few days?
We print each item especially for you. This helps reduce waste and allows us to offer more unique designs without overstocking.
Customs, Taxes & Import Fees
If you’re ordering from outside the USA, Canada, and Australia, your country’s customs office might charge duties, taxes, or import fees when your package arrives. These fees are not included in our shipping charge and must be paid by you.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you’re unsure about extra charges.
Delivery Delays or Issues
Sometimes, unexpected delays happen—like weather disruptions, customs holdups, or postal issues.
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time:
- Double-check your tracking link (found in your shipping confirmation email).
- Reach out to your local delivery service if it’s marked as delivered but hasn’t shown up.
